Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after October 4, 2026, requires full payment.
Replacing the originally registered participant with another person from the same company is possible. In this case, please inform us by sending a note to ea-events@sap.com.
Event no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Cancellation of the Event

SAP is entitled to cancel the event if it cannot be held due to force majeure, if the venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants to cover costs. Force majeure is to be assumed if SAP is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g., natural disasters, political crises (e.g., war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics, and comparable situations.

If SAP must shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid.

If the event is canceled before starting, the participant will receive the relevant information immediately and a refund of the participation fee within 14 days. SAP will not assume any costs incurred by the participant due to possible expenses, such as travel and hotel expenses or lost working hours.

Terms of Payment

The participation fee must be paid in USD by credit card. Your registration is fully confirmed after the payment is received.

SAP America, Inc. intends to take photos and video recordings during the SAP Multidimensional Architect Program 2026. The SAP Privacy Statement explains how SAP handles the personal data collected from the participants. If you do not agree and want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a written note to ea-events@sap.com.
